Native American Indian, Rick Kallestewa, was taught to carve by his grandfather, Simon Bica. The mottled brown color of this carving accents the bold design of a bear with a pot between his front feet. The toes are defined with inlaid jet for definition. This cute fella is signed and marked "ZNM" by the artist. (ZNM = Zuni New Mexico) He stands 1 1/2 " tall, 2 1/2" long, and is 1 1/8" wide. Each Native American carving is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
