After thousands of hours working on a ranch, doing dozens of jobs all cowboys and ranchers know about, the lariat just loses its life and is tossed aside. What does a rope do then? The bow/basket measures 11" across the bottom, including the loop since it is lower on the design. It stands 3 3/4" tall and has an opening is 4 1/2"
